Conditions of Entry
A. About these Conditions
- Super Fine Events Pty Ltd ABN 25 159 701 050 of PO Box 519, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217 (“the Organiser”, “we”, “us”) is the organiser of Global Drone Show 2026 (“the Event”), including the expo and Congress at Cbus Super Stadium, Robina QLD.
- These Conditions of Entry (“Conditions”) apply to every person entering or remaining at any part of the Event site, including ticket holders, exhibitors, sponsors, contractors, media, guests and members of the public attending the Sky Lights Festival (each, an “Attendee”, “you”).
- By entering the Event site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Conditions. These Conditions apply in addition to the rules of the relevant venue, our Ticketing Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- We may refuse entry, or remove from the Event site, any person who fails or refuses to comply with these Conditions. No refund will be payable in those circumstances.
B. Entry, identification and bag checks
- Entry is permitted only during published opening hours and only via designated entry points.
- Ticketed sessions. Entry to the expo, Congress and Drone Zone at Cbus Super Stadium requires a valid ticket presented at the entry point. The Sky Lights Festival is a free public activation and no ticket is required, however these Conditions still apply.
- We may require you to produce valid photographic identification (such as a driver’s licence, passport or proof-of-age card) at the entry point or at any time while at the Event site. Failure to produce identification when requested may result in entry being refused or removal from the site.
- Bag checks. All bags, containers and items brought onto the Event site are subject to inspection by our staff, security personnel or the Venue’s security team. By entering the Event site you consent to such inspections. We may refuse entry to any person who refuses to submit to a bag check or whose bag contains a prohibited item.
- Walk-through screening. We may, at our discretion, use walk-through metal detectors, hand-held metal detector wands or other screening technology. By entering the Event site you consent to such screening.
- Re-entry to a ticketed session is permitted only where you have been issued a re-entry pass or your ticket has been validated for re-entry.
C. Prohibited items
- Strictly prohibited at all times. The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought onto, possessed at or used at the Event site. Possession of any prohibited item will result in confiscation, refusal of entry, or removal from the Event site, and may be reported to police:
“`
- Drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) or any model aircraft of any size, type or weight, including hobby drones, micro drones and FPV drones, whether or not registered with CASA. RF interference, unauthorised aircraft, laser exposure and projectiles all pose serious risks to drones in flight, to pilots and to the public. Strict compliance is non-negotiable.
D. Confiscation and surrender of items
- Prohibited items must be surrendered at the entry point or removed from the Event site. We do not provide cloakroom facilities for prohibited items.

You consent to the use of those images and recordings for marketing, promotional, archival, security, operational and reporting purposes, in any media, worldwide, on a royalty-free basis and in perpetuity. If you do not wish to be filmed for promotional purposes, please speak to our staff at the entry point and avoid clearly designated filming areas.

- First aid is available at the Event site. Any incident, injury or hazard should be reported to our staff or security as soon as possible.

H. Children and supervision
- All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while at the Event.

You acknowledge and accept those risks by attending.

- Nothing in these Conditions excludes liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
K. Personal property
- All personal property brought onto the Event site is at your sole risk. We do not accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal property. You are responsible for the security of your belongings at all times.
- Lost property handed in to us will be held for a reasonable period and may be disposed of thereafter.
L. Refusal of entry and removal
- We reserve the right, acting reasonably, having regard to safety, security and operational requirements, to refuse entry to or remove any person from the Event site at any time, including where the person:
- breaches any of these Conditions or our other terms;
- is or appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs;
- possesses a prohibited item;
- behaves in a manner that is unsafe, unlawful, threatening or otherwise inappropriate; or
- is the subject of a current trespass or banning notice.
