Participants span drone, robotics, AI, Advanced Air Mobility, defence, agritech, emergency response, education, research, government and technology organisations — from OEM manufacturers and universities to government agencies and commercial enterprises.
How do I apply to exhibit?
Visit the Exhibit section of the website. The process is straightforward – simply complete the Expression of Interest Form online. After this time our team will be in touch to discuss your application.
What does an exhibition stand include?
Detailed information regarding exhibition space inclusions will be made available via the Application to Exhibit after our team receives your Expression of Interest Form.
Can exhibitors demonstrate in the Drone Zone?
Yes. Exhibitors can incorporate live demonstrations into their package. The Drone Zone stages aerial, terrestrial and aquatic demonstrations on the stadium playing field, with off-site demonstrations beamed to the big screens. Register your demonstration interest via the Expression of Interest form.
When can exhibitors bump in and out?
Detailed exhibitor logistics, timings and the exhibitor manual will be provided to confirmed exhibitors.
What sponsorship opportunities are available?
A range of sposnorship opportunities are available across the Congress, Expo, and Drone Zone, scalable to different objectives and budgets.
How do I become a sponsor or partner?
Sponsorship is a relationship-led conversation. Submit a sponsorship enquiry through the Sponsor section of the website and the sponsorship team will be in touch to discuss partnership options and prepare a tailored proposal.
Who do I contact about exhibiting or sponsoring?
Please use the Apply to Exhibit or Become a Sponsor pathways on the website. Exhibitor and sponsor enquiries are followed up by the relevant commercial lead, typically within one business day.
